Cat Osterman Experience, Bird’s Eye Update

The Cat Osterman Experience needed the bird’a eye view I have previously done for them updated to reflect what’s existing within their facility. If you look for long enough you might find a photo of it on there facebook page.

Popich Building, New Orleans

This was a project that Harris 3D did for a group of engineers base in New Orleans that were after a contract to provide a solution for protecting building windows from hurricane weather. The job was to create a 3D model of the existing building then place the shutter design over the windows in order to show what they would look like. Several renderings were created to show clear panels and tinted panels and various other items. Below are some of the results. Oh ya, the engineering firm was provided the contract after their presentation.

Cat Osterman Experience

Formerly known as “The World Baseball Village” has now become the “Cat Osterman Experience”. This super fantastic project now has a name to go with it and so it appears to be driving it in the right direction. You can see some of the work that Harris 3D provided for this project below. The project looks to be opening in the summer of 2010. You can follow whats happening on The Cat Osterman Experience Facebook page to get regular updates.

These are the images that were created for this project. First a 3D model was created of the entire project then POV’s were taken from the model and rendered using 2 different pieces of software.

Checker’s Conversion

This client needed to show what this run-down building would look like after being converted to a Checker’s franchise. Photos were taken of the existing location then checker”ized” in Photoshop.

RD&E Entry

This day and night rendering was done for a projet that had several large components. The entry would lead you through Retail, Dining, and Entertainment where at the conclusion was a broadway style theatre.

Client for this project was reviewing the possibilities of taking a portion of the property space that was not utilized and create a more attractive utilization for the space. Harris 3D’s job was to create a model from the design drawings so that we could take point of view images from the adjasent streets. This way the hotel could know what needed to be done inorder to keep the public from viewing the guest and there activities.

After completing several renderings for the World Baseball Village the renderings were placed in the June/July 2007 issue of Super Series Baseball magazine. It’s allways nice to see your work end up in widely published material.

Florida Town Houses

This was a project that required the modeling and rendering of a set of town-homes in Florida. Notice the simple sketch of three elevations from the client, that was recieved then based on the sketch the model was created and rendered.

World Baseball Village

Here is one of many renderings done for the World Baseball Village. This is a great project that I sinserely would love to see come to life. I created the entire model based off of a plan drawing created by a group of engineers in Nebraska and by doing so has been so very nice for me (and client) when other views are needed. Here is the page where the client has placed some of my other renderings.

These images were put together for an architectural firm that was trying to win a contract for this projects work. The modeling was started by someone in there office and then handed off to Harris 3D to finish and render.
